For a cupful of heaven, get your hands on some
  • Darjeeling tea leaves - 1 tsp.
  • Water - 300 ml
  • Milk (as per your taste)
  • Sugar to taste

Procedure

Add the loose tea leaves to the water and bring it to an extreme boil. Let the mixture to steep for about 8 - 9 minutes. Once done with this, take it off the flame, add milk and sugar to the cuppa for some extra flavour.   • Darjeeling Tea leaves-3 tsp.
  • Water - 300 ml
  • Milk - 300 ml
  • Sugar to taste
  • Black peppercorns - 6 whole
  • A dash of Nutmeg
  • Cloves - 4 whole
  • Cinnamon - 1 stick
  • Cardamoms - 4
  • Ginger -1 tsp

Procedure

Blend equal parts of the milk and water, followed by bringing the mixture to simmer. Now add the spices as per the given measurement into the solution and allow it to boil vigorously. Next, add the loose Darjeeling tea leaves and take the vessel off the flame. Make sure that the mixture bubbles for a couple of minutes before you take it off the flame.   • Darjeeling tea leaves - 2 tsp.
  • Water - 300 ml
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
  • Sugar to taste

Procedure

Bring the water to a boil followed by adding Darjeeling tea leaves. Let it concoct for some time before removing from flame. Strain the tea and then add the lemon juice to the solution. Add a dash of sugar into this dark charmer of all times and drink up.


#Recipe 4: Spicy Afternoon Tea

Let's satisfy a group of six tea lovers by gathering,
  • Darjeeling Tea - ½ an ounce (brewed)
  • Water - 2 oz.
  • Lemon juice - 1 whole lemon
  • Orange juice - ⅛ pint
  • Sugar - 2 oz.
  • Cloves - ¼ Tsp.
  • Cinnamon - ¼ stick

Procedure

Add the spices into the water and then bring it to an extreme boil. Now, add the brewed tea made of Darjeeling tea leaves and allow it to seethe for a few more minutes.   • Pure water or Distilled water - 300 ml
  • Darjeeling Green Tea: 1 Tsp

Procedure

Start by boiling the water followed by cooling it before adding the Darjeeling green tea leaves. Cool it to 60-70 degree centigrade so that it can extract its health elements into water. Add the Darjeeling green tea leaves and steep it for 3 minutes covering the lid. Now, pour the liquid into a cup and you can at once feel the tantalizing aroma of Darjeeling green tea.
